After teaching English for one year in a Vietnamese primary school, I was given the opportunity to connect my passions by becoming their visual arts teacher.  This included organizing four art shows at two schools over the period of four years.  During the second year of teaching art at an international kindergarten, the country was in full lockdown due to the pandemic, and I had the explored making YouTube art lessons online until finally returning to the states.

Since teaching art abroad, the ambition to improve my knowledge and experience with teaching Early Childhood Education led me to furthering my education at Moreland University and getting my Masters Degree in Education and Teaching Certification.  While student-teaching I found a place as lead kindergarten teacher at Gabriel's Art Kids in Bellingham, Washington.  https://www.gabrielsartkids.com/staff.html
